Yes. Please make sure that you enter the needed invoice address during the registration process in the step ‘Invoice Address’ accordingly with all information incl. VAT number etc. Please note in case there is an invoice correction needed, a handling fee may apply.
No. Cash payments are not accepted on-site under any circumstances.
Yes. At the end of the registration process you can choose to either pay with credit card or via bank transfer. If you select bank transfer, you will receive a purchase order by e-mail (which is not yet an invoice of your registration!). As soon as we can record your payment in our account, you will receive an invoice as PDF via e-mail.
Yes. At the end of the registration process you can choose to either pay with credit card or via bank transfer. If you select credit card you will be forwarded to our payment provider and be asked to enter your credit card details accordingly.
Yes. Please note that the registration will still need to be done online and payment is only possible with credit card at this point. The late registration fee applies.
Yes. Badges must be worn visibly at all times and shown to security staff on request.

The conference is open to bona fide representatives of print and electronic media. Registration is free of charge to journalists in possession of a valid, recognised press card and who intend to report from the conference. Freelance journalists must also present a commissioning letter on headed paper from a recognised news organisation or publication. Please register online and upload your valid Press-ID.

Print it yourself at one of the self-printing terminals in the registration area at Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre. Scan the personal QR code that was emailed to you in the “Final Information for Participants” message – have it ready printed or on your phone. Your badge, including your lunch vouchers, prints automatically when scanned.

After you have completed the registration AND the payment, you will receive an invoice as PDF per E-Mail.
After you have completed your registration, you can find a link on the homepage of the registration portal where you can enter all your details. A PDF will be created and be ready for download after completing all necessary steps as indicated.
