We offer a wide range of sponsorship opportunities to help you connect with the human genetics community. Sponsorship options include visibility & links on the Conference Website, the Virtual Platform and the Mobile App, on-site visibility (bags, pens, notepads, sitting cubes, venue branding and more), mailings to conference participants, banners in ESHG Newsletters, and Corporate Sessions and Presentations. Sponsors will be listed on the Conference Website, the Virtual Platform and the Mobile App. Specific recognition varies by sponsorship item.

Exhibition

The exhibition halls are at the heart of the conference, offering strong visibility and opportunities to connect with participants and exhibitor throughout the ESHG:

  • All coffee breaks take place in the exhibition and scientific poster halls.
  • Complimentary all-day coffee is available to participants and exhibitors.
  • The Sequencing Square will host conference sessions and a limited number of corporate presentations.
  • The well-attended Lightning Talks will take place in the halls.
  • Daily scientific poster sessions will bring attendees into the exhibition halls.
  • Snacks will be served during breaks at high tables to help spread visitor traffic.
  • For food and drinks a Cash bar will be open in the exhibition halls.
  • And a special food truck area will be available this year.
